  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No. Until an application is approved and the deposit made, the property will remain available.

  • Q: Do I pay first month's rent and last month's rent with my security deposit?

    A: No. When you sign the lease, we will require first month's rent and a security deposit equal to the monthly rental amount under normal circumstances. You may be asked to put down two months rent as a security deposit if your credit score is less than 700 points.

  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can find an application to complete on our website.

  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent is paid online through your tenant portal that will be created once your lease is signed and deposit and rent received.

  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Each property has their own pet policy.Please contact us to discuss before getting a pet. A non-refundable pet fee will apply.

  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: We require 30 days advance written notice per your lease agreement.

  • Q: Do you charge an application fee?

    A: Yes, each applicant 18 years and older must complete an application. A fee of $50 per applicant will be charged.
